Sustainable Water Management - distance course
Sustainable Water Management in the Baltic Sea Region is a master level distance mode course in the Baltic University Programme. The course is offered by Uppsala University on the Internet for all English speaking students with a background of at least one year of environmental science studies (i.e., earth science, agriculture, forestry etc).

SAIL - Sustainability Applied in International Learning

Halmstad/Sweden – Rønne/Danmark – Karlshamn/Sweden – Tallinn/Estonia – Turku/Finland
The SAIL course is registered as a summer course at Uppsala University, Sweden. Students who fulfill the requirements and pass the course will receive 7.5 ECTS credit points from Uppsala University.
Challenges of Sustainable Development
An intensive course on "Challenges of Sustainable Development" will be organized by the Sendzimir Foundation and BUP in the cooperation with several universities and institutions 4 - 25 July 2010.

Marine and Coastal Planning Course
Marine and Coastal Spatial Planning is a course at the Masters and PhD-level held at Åbo Akademi University and Turku University, Finland.
This unique course is built up with a theoretical background and followed by a more practical approach (learning-by-doing case studies). Finnish and international lecturers from several fields of research, management and planning institutes will share their knowledge on maritime and coastal spatial planning. The course language is English.
