This teachers training will take place in Uppsala, October 6-12, and this time you will be in company with 15 teachers coming from the Mediterranean region network MEdIES (Mediterranean Education Initiative for Environment and Sustainability) from Greece. We believe that it will give you another perspective and different possibilities. MEdIES is engaged in the Agenda 21 for the Mediterranean region and also in the Decade of ESD for the Mediterranean region. We have a pleasure to offer 15 places on this one week teachers training to our BUP teachers!  All applications will be considered on a first come, first served basis. In case number of applications will be higher then number of offered places the secretariat will have right to choose the 15 most suitable and motivated teachers.

All costs on place in Uppsala (hotel, food, evenings activities, excursions included) and budget travel cost to and from Sweden will be covered for all participants from the grant coming from Sida Baltic Sea Unit/Sweden and European Union/Leonardo grant.

The deadline for applications is September 22 however teachers coming from Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus are kindly asked to apply no later then September 8 to have enough time for visa applications.
