All papers will be published in a Proceedings volume. The meeting has 3 sessions: one about humanities and communication, one about administrative, social and political sciences, and the last about global crisis and its implications on economic, social, human development. Most the papers will be published in the European Research Studies Journal and other papers may be published in other journals.
