EURENSSA 2011
EURENSSA 2011 Ukraine is the 6th European Environmental Sciences Student Association meeting and a ten day long educational open-air camp. The meeting will be held from 22 July to 1 August in Chernigov, Ukraine. The topic of EURENSSA 2011 is "Every day actions for sustainable living". About 30 students as well as young professionals from EU and CIS countries are welcome to participate. EURENSSA is organized by students for students that are interested in sustainability.
The deadline for registration is the 15th June 2011, but please note that the number of participants is limited

Outdoor Studies in Nordic Ecosystems 2011
A course based on outdoor studies in the wild nature of the northern parts of Europe. A region characterized by open alpine areas, deep forests and a variety of lakes and coastal environments. Field studies and outdoor lectures will be combined with indoor lectures, seminars and group discussions to deepen the knowledge of plant and animal ecology in Nordic ecosystems.

Coastal Management and Sustainable Development
Are you interested in working with coastal management and sustainable development?
Then you should apply to the Bachelor Degree Programme in Integrated Coastal Zone Management at Novia University of Applied Sciences in Raseborg in Finland. The application is open right now, between 31 May - 11 June it is possible to apply. It is a four year programme, 240 credits and it will give you a Bachelor of Natural Resources degree. You will be able to work with coastal planning, environmental coordination in governmental bodies and businesses, sustainable development of urban and rural areas, environmental consultancy, Environmental Impact Assessments etc.
