This is the final report from the Finnish Ministry of Education on the project on Global Responsibility by its steering committee. The report is available in Swedish and Finnish language versions (OPM julk 2010:9, 2010:14, pdf-files).

The work has been done as a cooperation between the Finnish Ministry of Education and The Baltic University Programme Secretariat in Uppsala. The production was made by Prof. Lars Rydén and Producer Magnus Lehman.
